We ended up filling 26 bags which I dropped off last night at Bambini Early learning as they have  collection point there.

There is a wonderful charity /volunteer-run not-for-profit organisation based in Geelong.

They collect donations of pre-loved nursery equipment, cots, prams, car seats, clothes and other baby essentials.
These donations are distributed to Geelong families experiencing hardship through our partnerships with maternal and child health nurses and local social service agencies.

I saw a post on Instagram and thought I would share.
Every week we are sadly seeing an increase in families escaping domestic violence, often leaving with very few possessions. This Mothers Day, along with our big sister St Kilda Mums, we are running a #onemothertoanother  campaign.

We are looking for donations of completed toiletry packs that include basics such as shampoo, tooth brushes, body wash, sanitary items, and any other bits you can think of! We would love a hand written note of encouragement to the mother receiving the pack. These donated packs will be delivered by caseworkers to Mothers in our Geelong community who are in need.
